Before you fret over it, there are some natural remedies you might want to try.
Harmonizer contains several ingredients that provide support for menopausal and postmenopausal women.
Soy Isoflavones
Isoflavones are a group of biologically active compounds that have estrogenic and antiestrogenic effects. Clinical studies have shown that diets with the supplementation of soy isoflavones are beneficial in decreasing menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. A side benefit of this kind of supplementation is the decrease in total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein density.
Black Cohosh
Black Cohosh has traditionally been used by Native Americans for a plethora of female complaints. Next to soy it is the most widely studied botanical for menopausal symptoms. It contains triterpine, glycosides, flavonoids, aromatic acids and numerous other constituents.
There have been as many as 12 clinical trials done related to menopause and most have shown positive results for the relief of vasomotor symptoms. Overall, studies present promising results for the easing of menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes and mood swings. The studies also relate the safety of this particular botanical.
Chaste Berry
Chaste berry is often recommended for women in early menopause, though some studies have been done on peri and post menopausal women. It is widely accepted for the regulation of menstrual cycles.
One study on peri and post menopausal women reported improvement in mood swing and hot flashes.
Dong Quai
Dong Quai is a Chinese herbal remedy used for centuries for women’s reproductive related health issues. It is commonly referred to as “female ginseng”. Dong Quai is commonly used in both Chinese and American medicine for treating women’s health issues.
In combination with the tableting base NT Factor®, Harmonizer is one of the more effective supplements for the treatment of menopausal problems. NT Factor® allows for the efficient and complete absorption of its main ingredients. It also provides the side benefit of Lipid Replacement Therapy. This means it can repair, replace, and restore lipid damage caused by oxidative stress and free radicals.
